Ass. Prof. Aziz Ismatov and Assoc. Prof. Phan Thi Lan Huong presented at the 18th Asian Law Institute Conference (Virtual) ‘Law, Technology, and Diversity in Asia’

As a member-institution of the Asian Law Institute (ASLI, Singapore) since 2016, Ass. Prof. Aziz Ismatov (CALE) and Assoc. Prof. Phan Thi Lan Huong (Representive Office of Nagoya University in Vietnam) presented their research reports at the 18th ASLI Conference ‘Law, Technology, and Diversity in Asia’ (held on September 15-17, 2021) hosted by the Universitas Pelita Harapan (Indonesia). Dr. Phan Thi Lan Huong made a report at the Human Rights panel on the topic of ‘Public Participation in Decision-Making Towards Accountabile and Transparent Governance in Vietnam.’ Within the panel on Constitutional and Administrative Law, Dr. Aziz Ismatov presented his topic on ‘A Failure of Constitutional Revolutions in Central Asia: Traditionalism, Nominalism, and Rights.’
