Ass. Prof. Aziz Ismatov attended as a discussant the ‘Asian Legislative Experts Symposium (ALES, Korea) 2021’

The Ministry of Government Legislation (MOLEG) and the Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI) have co-hosted the ‘Asian Legislative Experts Symposium (ALES)’ every year since 2013 and invited experts from academia and public officials from various countries to discuss modification strategies for the development of laws and systems. This year’s symposium, held under the slogan ‘Asia shares legislative experience,’ results from the MOLEG’s efforts to strengthen legislative cooperation among Asian countries.

Ass. Prof. Aziz Ismatov acted as a discussant in Session 2 of the Conference, titled ‘Cooperation Measures for Development of Asian Countries Legislative Administration’. He provided feedback for three outstanding presentations delivered by; 1) Ji-Yeon Choi Senior Research Fellow, Korea Legislation Research Institute; 2) Phalthy Hap Director, Graduate Program of the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia, and 3) Narun Popattanachai Legal Counsel, Office of the Council of State, Thailand.
