Appointment of Nagoya University alumni Gangabaatar Dashbalbar as a Member of Constitutional Tsets (Court) of Mongolia

Congratulations to Gangabaatar Dashbalbar on his appointment as a Member of the Constitutional Tsets ( Court )of Mongolia. Gangabaatar Dashbalbar has graduated from Nagoya University in September 2011. While enrolled in the LL.D Comparative Law Program of the Graduate School of Law, he researched Constitutional law and authored his doctoral dissertation. After graduating from Nagoya University, he worked at the Law School of the National University of Mongolia. His last position there was Professor of Constitutional Law. On October 7, 2021, the Parliament of Mongolia voted to appoint him as a Member of the Constitutional Tsets of Mongolia.

We wish Judge Gangabaatar Dashbalbar success in his position, and we are confident that such a promotion would contribute further to the Mongolian judicial review progress.
