Ass. Prof. Aziz Ismatov attended the Statelessness in Asia Book Project Workshop jointly hosted by National University of Singapore (NUS), and Melbourne Law School (MLS)

Melbourne Law School’s Peter McMullin Centre on Statelessness and National University of Singapore (NUS) Faculty of Law have initiated a multidisciplinary book project titled ”Statelessness in Asia’. To stimulate feedback and discussion among all authors who have submitted their draft chapters, the two institutions co-hosted a two and a half-day workshop from May 31 to June 2, 2021. Ass. Prof. Aziz Ismatov who has contributed a chapter titled ‘State Succession and Statelessness in Central Asia: Transit to a Solution for Stateless Women and Children’ had a wonderful chance to share with and learn from fellow colleagues regarding the statelessness issues in Asia by participating in this highly stimulating virtual workshop.
