Designated Lecturer KASAYA Yushi delivered a lecture at the Constitutional Council of Cambodia (CCC) on September 7, 2026.

The lecture was given at the request of H.E. Taing Ratana, Secretary-General of CCC, with whom CALE has established ties through its Foreign Visiting Researcher Program.
