CALE invites submissions for the Asian Law Bulletin (ALB) Vol. 12<\/strong>, which publishes academic articles on law and politics in Asian countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Eligibility<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Individuals who meet any of the designated eligibility criteria may submit their paper.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Full-time faculty members (professors, associate professors, and practitioner-professors) of the Graduate School of Law (GSL) and the Center for Asian Legal Exchange (CALE), Nagoya University;
    \n2. Previously associated with 1;
    \n3. Emeritus professors of the GSL, Nagoya University;
    \n4. Designated associate professors, full-time lecturers, designated lecturers, assistant professors, designated assistant professors, and researchers at the GSL and the CALE, Nagoya University;
    \n5. Previously associated with 4;
    \n6. Graduate students, graduate research students, and credited auditors of the GSL, Nagoya University. However, a letter of recommendation from their academic advisor is required;
    \n7. Those who have completed the Master<\/span>\u2019s Course or Doctoral Course of the GSL, Nagoya University;
    \n8. Those who have completed the Research and Education Center for Japanese Law and hold a degree equivalent to a master<\/span>\u2019s degree or higher. <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Other persons approved by the Editorial Board;
    \n10. Those who submit under 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9, but are not professors or associate professors of a Japanese university, require a letter of recommendation from a professor, associate professor, or professor emeritus of a Japanese university;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    However, this does not apply to invited papers.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Japanese or English.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/span>Categories<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    ALB accepts submissions in the following categories:
    \nArticles, Research Notes, Case Analyses, Book Reviews, Documentation, and Translated Articles.<\/span><\/p>\n
